PhD SURVIVOR IN ECONOMIC SCIENCES AND MANAGEMENT

IN THE MEDIA

 FOR MY DEAR STUDENTS!

Dear students, until not so long ago, I was in your place. I roamed the halls of Warocqué with determination, ran to avoid missing my classes at the Plaine de Nimy, did my best to understand all the micro and macro charts, survived the first-year law course (yes, it's possible!), and so on.

After those years on your side of the auditorium, I crossed over to the dark side of the force. I have been through all the battles: MS Excel and Access practicals in the first year, macroeconomics and microeconomics practicals in the second year, evening classes on economic principles, sustainable development projects in developing countries, and international finance practicals in the master's program... This is a glimpse of what I have had the privilege to teach at Warocqué, and for which you have had and may have me in front of you.

My methodology is simple: I want you to participate! Whether by actively listening and interrupting me when you have questions, coming to the board to do exercises, working dynamically and creatively on case studies, or interacting with the guest speakers I invite to speak to you during some of my classes. Of course, all of this should be done with respect, good humor, and kindness!

You can count on me to supervise your scientific initiation projects, your master's theses, and even to discuss exchange destinations abroad (Erasmus or other programs), reorientation (sometimes it's necessary), and more.

Every year, I have the opportunity to take a third-year student for a (paid) research internship during the summer. If you are interested, we can discuss this as well!

I am keeping aside some time in the day for listening, sharing, and helping each other with our questions, queries, or concerns. Feel free to book time with me!
